About

I am a Creative Director with 30+ years’ experience delivering award-winning campaigns across advertising, experiential, shopper, sponsorship and digital.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked extensively in sport and entertainment, partnering with brands and rights holders to create ideas that connect fans with the things they love, through moments that matter, from live experiences to cultural partnerships.

Hands-on by nature, I lead teams and shape ideas from brief to pitch, with a focus on clear thinking, strong craft and work that builds meaningful audience connection.

I embrace new technologies, including AI, as tools to enhance the creative process, helping unlock ideas, improve speed and explore new possibilities, while keeping human insight, craft and originality at the core of the work.


2019 -2026 VML LIVE (Formerly Prism Sport & Entertainment)
I joined Prism Sport & Entertainment as Creative Director when the creative department was small, with a remit to build, elevate and lead the creative offering. Grew the team from the ground up, handpicking talent to create a multi-disciplinary department capable of delivering across channels. Introduced a broader, multi-channel approach that helped unlock new business, increase the volume and quality of briefs from existing clients, and raise the overall standard of output. Established a culture of creative excellence across sport and entertainment, leading to award-winning work, stronger client partnerships and sustained growth for the business.

2016 -2018 Energy
I was given the opportunity to take over as Energy’s ECD in 2016 where I used my multi-channel experience to help connect brands to their audiences with engaging and memorable ideas that fed into peoples passions, interests and lifestyles. My role included streamlining the creative department, improving it’s conceptual output, increasing the level of pitch wins and maintaining existing client satisfaction.

2007 - 2014  Mworks (McCann Worldgroup)
On accepting the role of Creative Director, I was tasked with the start up and management of a new MWorks creative department. Taking the lead in all creative strategy, conceptual ideation and art direction I helped cement existing client relationships and with a number of pitch wins helped grow the client list. My role included sign-off of all creative concepts, design, artwork and production, as well as management of external creative resources including photography, illustration and freelance.

2006 - 2007  Arc Worldwide
In 2006 The Triangle Group was merged with Arc after it’s aquisition by Publicis. My role as Creative partner was to continue to oversee and manage the ex-Triangle teams and to maintain strong client relationships with the existing Triangle clients. I was also fundamental in helping with the transition of 2 very different creative departments into one.

1996 - 2006  The Triangle Group
Rising quickly through the ranks I became the Creative Group Head of a multiple award winning creative team. During my 10 years at The Triangle Group I worked on an extensive range of blue chip clients successfully creating campaigns that bridged the fields of advertising, promotional marketing, experiential marketing, shopper marketing and digital marketing.
