Idea
Create a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience, combining food, film and environment to bring global innovation stories to life in a way guests can see, feel and taste.
Execution
A 360-degree dining experience featuring a 42-screen video-mapped installation, transforming the space through seven global stories. Each chapter was paired with a bespoke course curated by three Michelin-star chef Grant Achatz, creating a seamless journey across continents through both visuals and flavour.
